She’s an environmentalist, a creative mind, and a coastal dweller—we welcome Jennifer Timrott to the stilt house on the beach at St. Peter-Ording. Many years ago, she and her husband founded the organization “Küste gegen Plastik” (Coast Against Plastic). They came up with an app that lets users scan a barcode to let manufacturers know they’d prefer products without plastic packaging.
