Yes, there is also an annual guest pass for children:

• free of charge if the parents or guardians have a valid annual guest pass
• 14 euros if the parents or guardians do not have a paid annual guest pass

• Children under the age of 6 do not need a ticket.
• Children and teenagers between the ages of 6 and 18 also ride for free, provided they are accompanied by their legal guardians.
• A free ticket can be requested upon request if the legal guardians are in possession of a valid ticket.

In general:

Additionally:

• Employee ID card: current employment verification letter with a stamp and signature
• Intern ID card: current employment certificate with a specified duration, stamp, and signature
• Resident card pursuant to Section 3: Form from the Tourism Office and the applicant’s ID card
• Annual visitor card (reduced rate): Proof of severe disability (70% or higher GdB) or student ID

According to the Tourist Tax Ordinance effective January 1, 2025:

• Resident Card: free of charge
• Employee card: free of charge
• Intern card: free of charge
• Card under Section 3: free of charge
• Surrounding Area Resident Card: 56 €
• Annual visitor card: 112 € (reduced rate: 56 €)

All cards are valid from January 1 through December 31 of a calendar year.
Intern cards are valid for the specified period of employment.

Available either as a printed card in credit card size or digitally in your phone's wallet.

No. All cards are issued to specific individuals, are non-transferable, and remain the property of the Tourismus-Zentrale St. Peter-Ording.

In the event of misuse, the card may be confiscated or deactivated.

Holders of the annual guest card can also use the local bus and the City Shuttle in St. Peter-Ording free of charge.

After we review your documents, we will notify you as soon as your card is ready for pickup.

For the following year, you can apply to renew your card starting in mid-December. Different documents are required to complete the application for each type of card. 

• Resident Card: Original ID card required
• Resident Card §3: Submission of the completed form for exemption from the visitor’s tax, including the applicant’s original ID card, is required

• Resident Card for Employees: Submission of a current employment certificate
